Luxury Residential Development

Luxury Residential Development

At the intersection of thoughtful preservation and modern luxury stands this distinctive 24-lot residential development. At its heart is the historic Owen-Primm House, originally built as a modest log cabin by Jabez Owen in 1806, expanded by Thomas Perkins in 1845, and later recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. Our team embraced the challenge of transforming this 44-acre property by honoring its rich heritage while creating space for contemporary living.

Our land surveying expertise balanced preservation and progress – guiding the reconstruction of the original log structure while strategically subdividing the historic house and carving out protected spaces for the property’s additional historic landmarks. Additional services included topographic surveys, construction documents, permitting and entitlements, easement documentation, and construction staking – ensuring every technical aspect upheld the highest standards of excellence. The lots were recorded in 2023, initiating construction of the custom homes across this landmark property.
