Longpoint Centre
Longpoint Centre brings a dynamic commercial destination to Franklin, Tennessee. This 6.5-acre development features six retail and service buildings ranging from 4,400 to 9,000 square feet, anchored by pedestrian-focused amenities including a walking trail, bicycle parking, a mail kiosk, and shared gathering spaces. The project was designed to serve both daily needs and long-term growth, transforming the site into a walkable hub for the surrounding community.
Our team approached the site with a solutions-driven mindset, navigating development within the 100-year floodplain through close coordination with FEMA and the City of Franklin to deliver compensatory storage and secure permitting approvals. Green infrastructure strategies, including bioretention systems and permeable pavers, were integrated to manage stormwater while enhancing site performance. Additional efforts included roadway and intersection improvements with ADA-compliant features, as well as collaboration with the fire department and local stakeholders to incorporate a secondary emergency access road.
