M2 Group delivered comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services, including design, permitting and entitlements for the subdivision’s roadways, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure.
The project features a wet pond system engineered to filter runoff and regulate water release, providing sustainable stormwater management with minimal long-term maintenance. By designing 400 cubic yards of compensatory cut within the FEMA floodplain, the project mitigates development impacts while increasing the area’s overall floodwater capacity.
