POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help create a welcoming experience for team members, clients, and visitors. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule of approximately 20–30 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative office environment.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception & Office Support
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain the appearance and organization of common office areas
- Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and kitchen items
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation
- Assist with company-wide events, celebrations, lunches, and team activities
- Schedule office maintenance and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support general office organization and day-to-day administrative tasks
Administrative Assistance
- Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments
- Assist with calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Help prepare reports, letters, forms, and other documents
- Support project teams with printing, binding, and assembling project-related materials
- Track company assets and assist with basic office inventory management
- Run occasional local errands as needed
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
POSITION PRE-REQUISITES AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in professional services, construction, engineering, or similar office environment is a plus
