M2 Group (M2), an innovative civil engineering, land surveying and development management firm serving Middle Tennessee, welcomes Paula Hepp as senior project manager, adding more than three decades of land development expertise to its team. Hepp’s land planning background and experience across federal, municipal, and private development sectors bring a distinct perspective to the role.

“With more than 30 years of experience, Paula offers an invaluable perspective on what clients need and how projects truly come together,” said Matt Bryant, PE, President of M2. “Few project managers can seamlessly navigate both public sector work and private residential, commercial and industrial projects. Paula’s diligence and expertise are irreplaceable assets, and M2 is thrilled to have her mentor our next generation of engineers.”

As a senior project manager, Hepp will oversee projects across M2’s varied portfolio while driving new opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. Hepp comes to M2 with comprehensive expertise spanning the full project lifecycle—from due diligence and planning through design, permitting and construction—across diverse residential, commercial and industrial developments in varying terrains and jurisdictions. She most recently served as a project manager in the Nashville office of OHM Advisors, a national architecture, engineering and planning firm. Prior to that, she held project manager positions with the Nashville offices of Civil & Environmental Consultants and Atwell, LLC.

Hepp is a former planning commissioner with the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, having served in the role for six years from 2014-2020. She is certified by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation as a Tennessee Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Level 1 Inspector. Hepp holds a bachelor’s degree in land use planning from Eastern Michigan University.
